Diabetes is a medical disorder that is characterized by excess blood glucose or blood sugar level in the body. Diabetes is also known as diabetes mellitus. Indian Gooseberry

Also known as Amla, Indian gooseberry promotes the functioning of the pancreas in proper manner and is rich in Vitamin C. Consuming a glass of Amla juice every day or eating a whole amla will help to fight diabetes and will enable you to keep the glucose levels under control.

Black plum

Black plum also known as Indian black berry is a very good natural fruit to control blood glucose levels.
